"How can I play the 24fps video from Canon Mark2 on NTSC HDTV? The quality is quite okay on camcera but it suks on TV. Somebody plz help me out?"
PAL video is based on the 50 hertz AC frequency used in Europe and elsewhere. NTSC is based on the 60 hertz AC frequency we is used in the US and a few other locations
Please check the camera is set up for PAL or NTSC, for most TV 24fps is wrong. Use 25fps for PAL or 29.97 (30fps) for NTSC. So if you want to play your 24fps video from Canon camera onto NTSC/PAL HDTV, you`d better convert the 24fps canon video to 29.97/25fps first.
